Product sketches at the initial stage, and after your approval, processing pictures will be updated from time to time. Moreover, before dispatch, a final product with measurement check pictures will be provided. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

2. Processing Time:
Each item is carefully crafted and made to order. Please check the individual product listing for the estimated processing time. For custom-made orders, the processing time may take up to 2-3 weeks, and for the rest, it may take a week or two for the processing time just to create an exceptional product just for you and your loved ones.

3. Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please review the shipping information provided in each listing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The shop is not responsible for any customs or taxes.

4. Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of the delivery request, and if the order is shipped within a week of the request, contact us within this period to initiate the process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we don't provide return shipping labels.

5. Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase, and after the initial 24-hour window, only a partial amount, i.e., 75% of the total amount from the order, will be refunded, and a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. Once an item has been processed, the order cannot be canceled.

6. Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos within 24 days of delivery. We'll replace the item and redo it for you.

7. Communication:
We value open communication. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We strive to respond within 12 hours.

8. Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. We only use your shipping and billing information for order fulfillment, and we never share your pictures or contact details with third parties.
